Thank you so much for your work. I learned so much about my eating habits and showed me what I put into my body. You helped me find what fits best for me and took my busy lifestyle into consideration. This experience did not just show me what my habits were but you helped me create better ones with you by my side guiding me when I needed it. Anyone could tell that you are passionate about what you do just by talking to you for 5 minutes. You love people and would help anyone even if it was to better their morning coffee order. You take your time, ask all the right questions and you are easy to communicate with. We set goals that were achievable and when I hit my goal - that was the best feeling. I feel more confident about what is in my diet and that is all thanks to you. Keep doing what you are doing.

Bailey has taken the time to not only get to know my nutrition needs but also my personal needs as well. Many of our sessions together are spent discussing the emotional aspect of food. She approaches nutrition counseling in a very kind way that does not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Through our time together, I have grown to have a healthier relationship with food. I no longer restrict myself and am comfortable doing so because Bailey has taught me why our bodies need certain nutrients. She is extremely knowledgeable in her work. I came to Bailey for specific food-related allergies. My list is extensive and I felt overwhelmed. She was able to provide me with recipes to make at home that did not include any of my allergens. She also went above and beyond to call area restaurants and see what was on their menus that would accommodate my restrictions. I am now able to go out and enjoy social gatherings with my friends.
